Worth noting are the “Face Melting” covers* featured last night: “Rhinestone Cowboy” and “Six Days on the Road” (which I know as a Taj Mahal jam).
* Not featured last night was my own request for “More Than Words”.
The Excuse: “The band didn’t have time to learn it.”
The Wife’s reaction: “There’s no band in that song!!”
We were in no condition to go anywhere after the Rockies Game. By the time we made it home at 7:30pm, we both passed out on the couch and woke up around 10am this morning. And the More Than Words thing? Cop out.
