I decided on Plymouth, MA, since I like historic shit, too. A second possibility would be Old Town Alexandria, VA, which is nice, but not in Massachusetts. As far as this Bradburn place goes, the townhouses don't seem THAT unreasonable. Of course, 1,800 sf in Hawaii is considered 'putting on airs' unless you have 6 kids, while most normal people find that somewhat small.
