I played hockey with Illegal Pete's best friend growing up. They are all tattoo freaks like Jake. Dude was covered neck to ankles. There was idle talk once of getting a team sponsored by IP. How badass would that have been? Free IP burritos and a free ticket to play a season of ice hockey? That's like a dream. Alas, it never came true.

IP makes good 'ritos. It's true.

RE: Parking -- How many billions does it cost to get a spot in the garage behind the Mongolian? Other than that, suck. That's the upside of me being located in decrepit (from and urban planning/infrastructure pov) South Boulder -- the office building has parking.

Yeah, we need to setup a Mongolian day sometime... I hope I don't get burnt out on the place. Today I had some BBQ Salmon and fresh garlic green beans from a deli type place called Dish.. yum! Good deal too.. less than $8

I'm happy to be close to Illegal Pete's again. IP Burritos == awesome.

Unfortunately the whole commute thing is a pain since there is no parking downtown. I've resorted to driving to the Tantra PnR and taking a bus downtown since it takes about an hour and 20 minutes to take the bus from my hood.. lame.

I'm actually surprised there isn't a Hawaiian place in Boulder. There's a surprising cell of islanders here (one of my former company's summer picnics was catered with authentic Hawaiian yummies), and you know the stoners would love it.

Closest we have is Rumbi, which - while plenty tasty (especially the salads, yo) - is based out of Utah.

Invite me up for a lunch of Mongolian, assholes! I long for a bowl of juice and raw chicken so full that it invades others meat piles on the cook surface and offends all who witness it's obnoxious glory.

Can't beat a burger at Tom's. Or a breakfast burrito from Santiago's (on the hill). Or a dog from Mustard' Last Stand.

Hah, yeah. It's kinda a hippyish burger joint on Pearl. They're indie, though, and they do crepes, if you want to coddle your inner frenchman. Also, they have awesome burgers.

I totally spaced that you used to work in Boulder. I R d0rk.
