This evening, I got the urge to try and make a wallet out of Gorilla Tape. I’d call the project a definite success (especially considering this was a first go at it), but the result won’t be replacing my usual wallet.
Related note: I like the new Craft magazine even more than I enjoy it’s big brother, Make.

Yo, Gorilla tape is MAD sticky. I’ve used their glue before, but didn’t figure it would be similar, only in tape form. See my results here and here. Pretty good, I think. I’ma use this as my motorcycle wallet, I think. Or maybe my beach wallet. I’m really a money clip man, meself, but yours looked so pissah that I had to invest the $0.65 in tape and 45 minutes of my time.

Here’s v.1.2. I didn’t like the way the license holder thingy was, so I actually woke up last night and figured a new way to do it. This layout adds 3 more slots for credit cards and an additional pocket for receipts and what have ye.
