I have the rubber knee pads on the sides of the tank - no leather bits. I haven't found any black pipes that I actually like (there's always heat wrap, I suppose...), but black (or red) powder coated wheels and spokes would be hot. Triumph actually sells shorter fenders, which will get me closer to the bobber look. They also have a different profile seat that I'm eyeballing. I definitely need to change the pipes, though.
