Wow. I’ve never seen a police officer with so much visible (and basically un-hidable — he’s got one on his hand and at least a couple on his neck) tattoo work.
I’d like to hear about how much fuss he’s run into from his bosses and from citzens.

I know a mail carrier in Brockton with a ‘F*** You’ tattoo on the inside of his lip.
And by mail carrier I mean police officer. I’ve got to stop smoking the crack on my days off.

I would think that the Hollywood, Billy Bob Thorton stubble would be a bigger issue to his superiors. I just can’t see that flying in the uniformed services.
Meh, I’m sure that counts as a plain old beard. The PoPo have always been about beards and mustaches.
