Today Erik and I liberated the chassis and engine of the 1971 Honda CL350 from his garage and re-imprisoned it in mine.
Here’s what we have (click an image for the bigness):
Hopefully someday soon it will [A] run and then (a while down the line, probably) [B] look a lot more like this.

Looks like the frame and block are in good shape. Let me know if you run into a snag on parts – lots of vintage bikes in NH. Should be able to score most anything you may need for an early 70’s honda.
remember the mirror in Stratford? that bike is still in the family though it is in better shape now than that afternoon. so it goes
I absolutely remember the mirror! That was back when cycles scared me!
Here’s a puzzler for you: There a gizmo that actuates the clutch — the lever pulls the wire which causes this thing to rotate and cam up on three (four?) ball bearings, thus engaging the clutch…
First question: What does one call that thing?
Second question: We’re missing the bearings. Any guess as to size?
I can take some pics if that would help.
One other thing we may need help with is finding the plastic bits. The air cleaner covers, the headlight bucket and some of the light covers are cracked up pretty good.
